MODERNIZATION OF 3 UNITS
There will be three units contemplated as image and facilities melhorias. Or Luna Club Brisamar located in Alvor, or Luna Miramar located in Albufeira and Luna Olympus located in Vilamoura.
LUNA CLUBE BRISAMAR
Located in an area of abundant green spaces, or Luna Club Brisamar offers excellent conditions and facilities for family fairs, which is also the main segment of this club. A short distance from Praia de Alvor, where there is a diversified offer of nautical sports and typical of some of the most charming villages of the Algarve.
A modernization of two 107 T1 apartments is planned as well as an expansion of lazer areas, sports facilities and swimming pools for adults and children, restaurant and bars.
The total amount of the work and investment calculated at € 500,000.00, with a view to its conclusion by April 2018.
LUNA MIRAMAR
O Luna Miramar is located next to the tourist and commercial center of Albufeira, a few minutes from the famous Praia dos Pescadores, or its main Sol & Mar segment.
It will be us 111 different types of apartments, which will affect the main reformulation worth € 800,000.00. This will pass for the placement of electronic dates, replacement of two conditioning equipment as well as modernization of two floors and interior and exterior walls.
A reformulation to extend the pool, being planned to create a solarium with a Jacuzzi. As vibrant nights in the Algarve fazem do Luna Miramar, a place of pure animation and relaxation for the whole family. May 2018 is the date scheduled for completion of the remodeling.
MOON OLYMPUS
Located in front of Marina de Vilamoura or Luna Olympus and composed of 85 apartments divided between t1 and t2 that will be remodeled in its entirety. An investment of € 1,350,000.00 is planned for remodeling: pavements, banho houses, placement of double glass and modernization of decoration.
In contrast to previous units, the remodeling of Luna Olympus will be phased. There is an intention to keep or hotel in operation not to run two jobs, for this reason, a greater extension of the time of execution of the work is foreseen, with the expected completion date for April 2019.
The main segments of Luna Olympus are Golf, Lazer and Sun & Sea, ist because it is located a few meters from the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars and most exclusive nightlife, as well as being in relative proximity to several golf courses.
